Ambiya

With
every bite, empower

Mujhe Ambiya mein apna future dikhta hai. Mere liye Ambiya mera aapna hai.

In the heart of Mandawli, an urban village tucked away in the bustling city of Delhi, there existsa treasure trove of flavors and stories. This inspired the conception of Ambiya, a delightful range of Indian savories and sweets, each crafted with a meticulous touch that bore the essence of tradition and the resilience of the marginalized women who brought them to life.

Born under SIDBI's Project SWAVLAMBHAN, a program designed to nurture entrepreneurship and economic independence among marginalized communities, Ambiya is a testament to the dreams and aspirations of these women.

In the modest kitchens, where mothers became mentors, passing down recipes like heirlooms to their daughters, each dish carries with it a story—an ode to the affectionate love of a mother, the delicate touch of her hand, and her unwavering determination to preserve the flavors of generations past.

Aaj mere husband ke paas job nahi hai . Ambiya ne mujhe woh sahara diya ke mein aapne parivar ko support kar sakoon.

Ambiya mera aapna hai.

Kabhi nahi socha tha ke mein aapne zindagi mein kuch aapna kar paongi.

Ambiya ne
mujhe aapne mein ek vishwas diya hai.

The products of Ambiya are more than just culinary delights, the snacks are not just a feast for the taste buds but a testament to the hard work and dedication of the women who crafted them.

As word of Ambiya's creations spread beyond the confines of Mandawali, so too do the stories of the women behind them. They were no longer just faces in the crowd; they were entrepreneurs, artisans, and the backbone of their community.

With every purchase of Ambiya's savory snacks or sweet confections, customers become part of a larger narrative—one of empowerment, upliftment, and the celebration of the indomitable spirit of the women of Mandawli. And as the aroma of their creations wafted through the streets, it carried with it the promise of a brighter future, not just for Ambiya, but for all those who dare to dream.
