Born under SIDBI's Project SWAVLAMBHAN, a program designed to nurture entrepreneurship and economic independence among marginalized communities, Ambiya is a testament to the dreams and aspirations of these women.

In the modest kitchens, where mothers became mentors, passing down recipes like heirlooms to their daughters, each dish carries with it a story—an ode to the affectionate love of a mother, the delicate touch of her hand, and her unwavering determination to preserve the flavors of generations past.
